Don`t associate that song with bikes…….. associate that with crying buckets, cheeks streaked with mascara and a snotty nose cos I`d just been dumped by who I thought was the big love of my life (for that week anyway lol) Oh well, his loss!!!

Sorry to hear bout the off…… sounds like you were both extremely lucky. I was browsing through some other bike forums this morning and on one they had a section on “friends we`ve lost”… 3 of the forum members had been killed in separte bike accidents. Was horrible reading it and seeing pictures of them, made my blood cold

He`s under 40 so he`ll probably nod to them lol. Won`t be room for many passengers on the boat tho cos my kitchen sink will take up a fair bit of space…. shame I can`t seem to find the key to unlock myself from it!!

Have thought about the SV650 and have looked at the SV650S cos I don`t liked “naked” bikes and half a fairing is better than none. The 650S is slightly higher than the 650 but actually weighs less. Have heard mixed reports on the bike….. some really like it but i`ve heard others say it seems to be sadly lacking top end. Will certainly consider it tho and thanks

i think we should take GSF and his bike to Windermere and make him see if bikes “can” be ridden on water by chaining him and his bike to a speedboat skilfully navigated by me or Gix!!

yep……. the forks are down Stan but due to short legs not short cornering. The last 3 bikes i`ve owned have needed the forks dropping. My last CBR also had padding taken out of the seat and I was still on tip toe!!! I`m only 5`4″ so a bit of a short arse lol Need a 600 sports bike that`s light and not too high…. any ideas??

Tried an R6 Radar and my feet are about 5 inches of the floor lol, nice looking bike tho. And Stan, I couldn`t tell you what it is about the Fazer…… I just ride it completely differently to the CBR`s I`ve had and its not that I couldn`t throw it round its just that I don`t want to throw it around…..Maybe subconsciously I`ve lost some of my nerve since my accident but it just doesn`t feel the sort of bike I want to throw around if you see what I mean lol
