The first two mods done today…
Washed it for the first time and removed the pillion pegs. Makes it look much tidier!
I went for spin yesterday with my usual riding buddy. We did a few miles in the New forest, this caked the underneath up nicely for me. Had to get down on my hands and knees FFS!! Never mind, it’s looking good again!![

Thank you both. I’ve now done a grand total of 60 miles on her and had a couple of hairy moments due to the weather, just a flinch in my right wrist was enough to spin the rear up on Portsdown hill on Sunday. That caught me right off guard! Was lucky enough to be able to just roll off gently and bring her back in line. My ring piece was twitching coming back down the hill for a bit. Rode quite gingerly after that. Hardly surprising seeing as how i’m still in the “dialling myself back into it” Phase.
I’ve started pricing up the bobbins and braided hoses and i’ll be starting to get them fitted ASAP!On another plus side, my missus got me a cracking pair of cuff links for Xmas!!

That we did Gix, and lead the whole lot of us you did! I even managed to put the willies up Champs and Gone2Mars on the Buxton end of the CnF! What can i say?? I needed a play!!! Gutted you coudn’t make it Radar, was a great day out even if it was a tad damp for a bit!!
Top stuff! If it wasn’t for the fact i’ve wanted a gixxer since i was a kid, i’d well be going for a Daytone 675!!
New house and a K6 GSXR 750. Got a new job that i start before Xmas, so thats sorted, but i still need a new pad to go with it!!
As for the gixxer, i took a 600 out for a test ride a few months ago, it didn’t feel that much faster than my ZXR, so it’s gotta be the 750 for me in blue.I swear by the 014’s too. Got them on my ZXR, albeit a tad smaller than yours (120/60/17 F & 160/60/17 R). I love them.
Another gorgeous GSXR, that’s what we like to see!!
Now i dont want to msound cynical or anything, but isn’t that a K4?? Radial brakes were not introduced to the GSXR range until the K4. I see radial brakes in that pic.[
