Nice review, the 1200GS is a huge leap on. Mine is a 2004 model and gotta say it’s hard to fault, just miss the power. If only it had another 40hp would be perfect
The KTM is a no go for me SES…… i couldn’t put my feet on the deck when i was sat on it! :o DOH!!
You need some of Radar’s special shoes then Speedy :p
Good to have you back Speedy… Damn shame about dropping the Gixxer, so bloody easily done! Had my CBF roll off the side stand in the Pyrenees, was interesting riding it back with enough brake lever for one finger!
Glad you liked the R1200R, not ridden one myself either but have heard good things. Gotta say I seem to get on really really well with my R1200GS. Radar seems to be in the minority with the BMW’s. Another BMW to try, the S1000R, naked version of S1000RR superbike.
