Radar…this time I will try my very best to be there, I’m skint but what the hell I’ll steal petrol from the wife’s car if need be!
The weather forecast is 13c with clear skies and little wind(no beans for tea then!)I’ll see if I can coax my mate to bring his ZRX12 out to play too.

I too have worked mostly in the automotive industry as parts sales, then mechanic, manufacturing and production where I moved into a Team Leader role by accident then onto Shift Leader/supervisor (with a couple of in between jobs thrown in) Now escaped automotive to work with PALLETS!!! as a shift leader again.
Not exactly the jet set life but what the hell you gotta earn it somehow!

I went on the saturday, don’t think I’ll bother next time after a couple of hours you’ve seen it all. Needs to be bigger or have camping/bar/bands to really make it a great show.
Some very tidy fighters there though (and nice ladies too!)

Scouser really sorry to hear that, my deepest sympathy to your friend and his family.
I just hope we all learn something from this, maybe to just think twice?

I’ve got a cat called HARLEY god knows why cos’ I’ve always owned Kwak’s or Suzuki’s???
She does’nt know shes a cat though, she used to beat our Labrador up so bad that he left home twice the last time he never came back, she also knocks seven bells out of any cat that comes within striking range when outside…CATtitude or what!
She likes kids too but a whole one is way to much for her…

I also use the Mondeo at times but only if it’s really icy or absolutly chucking it down when I leave for work, nothing worse than wet boots etc for the start of the day! don’t care if it rains on the way home I’ll get changed when I get in…ice and snow are my biggest worries as I ride all year through (which explains why I’m always having to free siezed caliper pistons!)

Suzuki recommends normal SAE 10W/40 oil, reasons being you have a wet clutch and synthetic oil may cause it to slip (happens more on the 1200 tho) anything with whats known as ‘Friction modifiers’ added can cause this problem.
Change oil at about 3000-4000 miles and change the filter after every *other* oil change as recommmended by Suzuki (your own choice if you ask me!)
    hope that helps GSF.
