I went to http://www.thumperclub.org.uk and left a question there about this. I have directed them to this site to give an answer.
GSX Hoolie told about the same website as I was going to!
Let us know if you get sorted
Donate – it makes you feel good!RadarModeratorThere are some good SRX sites on the web. Check again in few days time and I will try to one out for you.
There was a good post about an SRX400 in the Jap bikes section. Might be some links there.
The post was called “Less is More”
I really like SRXs

It started off simple, 50’s, then C90 engines, then 125’s and ended up talking about Jag V12’s and Rover V8 engined ones, running on Avgas and nitrous!!!!
More than 2-strokes is masturbation!!
During the Second World War the Brits tried to develop a Merlin V12 (27 litre 1,000+ hp), powered trench digger!!!
Now that would be FUN!!

Originally posted by gixerchicPersonally, I would never have a puncture on a bike tyre repaired. If it goes flat fast at a crazy speed, bye bye! Saying that, I do know people who have done it and they are still alive today! Though none of these people repaired punctures on high performance bikes with ZR17 rated tyres. Saying that, 2mm diameter puncture is small so might be perfectly safe to repair. Probably the best thing to do would be to get in touch with tyre manufacterer and get their advice.

The roads are my race track!!
I think your’e right – I am just in denial that I am going to have to shell out again after so few miles.

Originally posted by imperialdataWould love to have seen the CCM story. Business lunch is the only daytime program I could cope with I’m afraid. Usually they are quite positive about any home brewed industry but still CCM deserves more coverage than 10 minutes of non-primetime tv.
Bit of bad news…CCM have gone bust! Seems not all was rosie in the garden after all. I don’t know if anybody is going to take it over as a going concern. Anybody heard anything??

Amused to see an article saying just this in last months Bike magazine.
Donate – it makes you feel good!RadarModeratorI now have a puncture in my rear tyre.
A 1 – 2mm diameter piece of steel, like that you might see re-inforcing a truck tyre or some such has neatly embedded itself smack in the middle of my shiny new Bridgestone.
A combination of crazy times at work and a lousy summer means I have only put about 500 miles the since I fitted the tyres.
Can I get the puncture fixed or am I going to have to bite the Bullet and get another new tyre fitted???

Sticking with the Thundercat for now. I have only ridden the RS sice getting back as work has been crazy and the T cat still has puncture (and no MOT now).
Hope all are well up North.
