Sounds like a fuel starvation problem to me.

silly question – but is the fuel tank empty or is the fuel old?

fuel tap – disconnect from the carb and check that fuel flows out

dirt in carb – have you got an in line filter, is it blocked? (if not I’d put one in). Try taking of the airbox/airfilter and giving the carb a blast of carb cleaner (Wynns aerosol stuff is pretty good from Halfrauds). This might work but the only real way to clean a carb properly is to strip it.

Good luck – let us know how you get on

tanks full of new fuel well bout a week old now, ive put a new carb on it, that aint seemd to work put an inline filter on it not helped, fuel lines are connected and flowing, its got a good bright spark, im hopeing it could be somthing to do with a fuse but unfortunatly i dont know where the fuse box is located so im pretty stuffed on that account
