TT – the gixer6 I took out had the rev warning lights set up for the running in period and that started flashign at around 8k revs. The gixer thou on the other hand seems to go like a really fast rocket from whatever revs, so I reckon there’ll be big grins at first anyway. And then once run in, those grins will probably turn into more of a rictous grin (due to fear) [
] Pete – yeh, will do. It’s all black and when my 3 year son saw it, he asked “is that batmans bike Daddy?” LOL
If ever you see the Police doing one of their Bike Safe days, try to get along to it. They’re well worth it. The IAM sometimes do PR days as well and they’re worth while too.

Radar, I had considered keeping the GSXF but the trade in helps to reduce the cost that little bit.
Pete, it’s a 2010 model and is the last in the showroom. It’s at the old VAT rate so has £2k off what the price will be and is cheaper than the new model gixer 750 they have! Apparently, the only change for the thou this year is going to be colour. I guess Suzuki spent all their R&D budget on the new 750 [
