Ageeing with you? I dont think so.

But you did agree with me.

    And WHY NOT ANYWAY?

I am not exactly green where bikes are concerned.

    Happy new year.

My daughter is 28 now (jeez i feel old suddenly) but Gix, if she wants to flaunt the figure that most fellas seem to think rather nice, in public, then she accepts the consequencies, the way i see it. Who am i to argue?

Leanne went to New Zealand in 2003 and stayed at a beachfront resort.
Her and her husband were sure that the (private) beach was being spied from afar, probably some piccies were taken, but she really didn’t give a damn and neither did any of the other women who were sunbathing in the altogether.

It’s no big deal when you think of the real problems the world faces.

    (I won’t even go there.)

The quickest bikes out on the road in practice tended to be the 6-speed versions of the Italian bikes. Unreliable and quirky they were, for sure, with appalling electrics and finish, but they were very quick, for 49cc of 1970s power!
The Garellis were fast, too, despite being 4-speeders.
The mopeds with 6 cogs were the best if you tuned the engine highly, as the tiny powerband of a 10bhp 49cc motor meant 4 gears were too few!

The Japanese bikes were reliable in the face of the most dire abuse and thrashing but were in a lower state of tune and heavier. 50mph was never seen from a stock bike, not a genuine 50 on the level anyway.
Much easier to live with however.

The most collectable mopeds now are the Fantic Chopper, The Fantic Super T and then various small-number Italian bikes.

Probably the best moped overall was the last Gitane, with mag wheels, disc brake, 7.2 bhp, 60 mph and a half-fairing, easily the raciest of all the pedal-powered wasps!

Gix, hang on. Yes, i have a daughter and granddaughter.

Children is another matter. Any crimes against them and i’d like to see the culprit’s ‘possessions’ sawn off in their senses. I am very much against weirdos who pray on the old or the young.

Having said that, adults are a different matter and if my wife was lying naked on a public beach then i would consider her fair game for people to ogle at or snap a picture.

Hell, if it was good picture, i might order a copy !

Happy new year— i am off to Sheffield to see 2006 in!

    Seesya.

A low-fat diet is still better for the vast majority of people, with little saturated fat.

Chocolate is very high in that and bad for you, whichever way you look at it.

Both nutritionists told me this and they make a living at the subject, so they know what they are talking about, Gix.

That’s me done on this one anyway.

    Disagree.

There is nothing to say that the buyers don’t get the real thing though!

What you consider sick is considered quite normal by many other people.

I have been happily married for decades to a fit and feminine lady and wouldn’t bother buying photos, but i won’t tell others that they can’t.

But what i do know is that if a few pictures of human form was all we had to worry about in the world, it would be a better place by far.

I tend to get down about children left in flats to starve and the like, not a few harmless photos of people.

Regardless, the extremely high intake of calories and saturated fat, which happens when you eat masses of chocolate, is very bad for you in many many ways.
    That is simple fact.

They should think about that, when, male or female, they lie around with nothing on in public then…

    Incorrect!

There is a lot wrong with eating huge quantities of chocolate, for many reasons including the amount of calories and fat involved!
I know, because i have seen both an NHS and also a private nutritionist during my struggles with the addiction and both told me that two small bars of chocolate every day should be considered the maximum.
I know also because during my chocolate-free year of 2003 i had a lower fat percentage than the years before and after and my running tmes were better, too. I also felt better.
Both nutritionists also told me of many health disadvantages associated with the intake of large quantities of chocolate.

People seem prepared to pay on places like E Bay for pictures of the perfect female form.

‘Sick’ is when someone bashes and rapes a 90 year-old.
‘Sick’ is when a child of 5 is raped.

I never put on much weight either, I was ten and a half stones when i left school and 32 years later i weigh just a stone more, as i have done since about 1989.

No, i am giving up the chocolate for health reasons, it is full of toxins and fat and as i run (jog really) quite a few 13-milers during the year, i want my fat percentage to fall as well as to become fitter all-round.

My problem is that i cannot stop eating choc once i start. I had 8 bars yesterday, for example.

Here’s hoping the chocolate patches are as good this time, as last.

Aspes Juma, a 125cc sports bike, reputed to do a ton, at least 20 years ago, probably nearer 30 years back.
Radar, heard of that one? A colleague had one and it was mighty quick.
