The best bit of kit I have is a thermal balaclava from Damart. It was a Xmas pressie back in 1987 when I’d just started riding (just started my apprenticeship). I’ve tried umpteen different new balaclavas, and have binned the lot, but I’m still using the old one! Its double lined, like tracksuit fleece material.. and very warm in winter !!!

Kawasaki were one of the very few to use a 65 front profile, which I’m advised bridgestone no longer supply. I have BT014’s on my 636 and I swear by them (not swear at them!). I went with the 120/70 and dont really notice all that much difference to be honest (not on the road anyway).

Gotta clean it again.. went on a club run on Wednesday, it was pretty soggy out, but better to ride than the Ninja if the weathers poor.

This is me.. trying to adjust the rear shock (you have to remove it to adjust the spring preload).. what a flipping job that is !!!!!!
And this is it being dyno tested on a charity day.. measured 115bhp at the rear wheel !!!!Del.
I’m usually there on my local club stand (living in Peterborough, it helps).. I camp over as its too far to stagger after the shows (all of 800 yds !!!)
