aahhh! i never actually thought about using a jigsaw, i was cutting brackets out before using a 4.5″ angle grinder
have u welded your headers together yet? id be very interested to see a pic of them…not trying to rush you or anything
)should be first stage welded tomorrow i will post piccys as soon as i have em in my grubby little mits lol
this is a picture of the new steed it will be used as an everyday bike and the bandit will come out on special occasions

well within the next couple of days i should be able to post a picture of the headers almost finished then once i have those on the bike things will move forward pretty fast from then
its been killing me not being able to do any work on it lolgood to hear its coming on
cant wait to see these headers.weathers warming up now so no more excuses of cold weather holding things back..i know thats been my excuse for a while.
when do you epxect to have it all finish and ready for the first run?
ive got a target date of april 25th but its looking like mid may now but i will keep plugging on with it ….you never know i might shock myself lol
