I’ve got pershing cold just lately, cannot resist the damn thing!
Oh yes,
Just roll on summer sun, clear twisty leafy lanes, nice open islands on a roads, and early Sunday morning out for a biking breakfast……As they say,
Bike, Insurance, tax etc,…. a few hundred quid,
Grin factor…. Priceless!ThumperParticipantLadies, its not as tall as some bikes like this – and too much fun not to have a go on.
Definately worth getting your leg over and trying it for size.
whoops… I’m blushing rather now !
ThumperParticipantCheck out the piccy Radar posted for me, thanks bud.
ThumperParticipantYou better believe it !
This 250 twin returns just 64 miles to reserve….
tells you something about how it just asks for it!That 2 gallons equates to a 125 bike with thirst of a V8 Rangie …..think about that ?!?!?
I bet the green party would ban these babies pretty swiftly…… if they could catch’em that is.
ThumperParticipantA very warm welcome to you both!
Great to hear you are are having so much fun with your new trusty steed, and roll on the warm weather.
Where are you guys from? Have you got any favorite road routes?
see you soonThumperParticipantToggsy and his bikes eh?
just like the Double Decker analogy,
Waits for years to get another one, then two arrive in the garage at the same time!ThumperParticipantA spud up some cars exhaust pipe was always a good one!!!
Scrumpin’….. and wait for it “knock & run”.
Ever make cigarettes out of rolled up newspaper, and actually realise they weren’t joking about it being bad for you?!?!40 this yesr though, so I suppose I’ll have to stop it all soon.
ThumperParticipantOnly what one or two for my garden fence…
ThumperParticipantTrouble
(you bet, have you seen the time?!?)
ThumperParticipantBy The Way, bloody lovely GPz on the Photo above. [He said in that sort of biased, protective way that can only come with the embarrassment of ownership].
Great bike, shame about the Barbie stripe!ThumperParticipantBaah Humbug…. I prefered his old 400 – I could almost keep up with that with my trusty steed!
Hows my 20 year old 38hp Yammy singl going to keep up with a ZX-6R?
Guess I’ll just have to cheat a bit……now wheres that file, and the nitros kit…hmmm..
ThumperParticipantSo enevitably this is the first shot in the HP & hyper revs arms race for machine superiority this spring then eh….
Well, my single cylinder SRX600 would be just as quick if I could figure out a way to get it reving to double its 7500rpm red line!! – some hope.
