I think your doing all you can do, I havent been riding long, since August 08 and a few of my mates are the same. Really fast bikes and are defianatly speed merchants. I just ride to my own pace and don’t do anything I don’t feel safe doing.
It comes down to his self control but if you take him out it may open his eyes a little on some of the dangers etc…
