Full of potassium, always peel them from the blunt end, not the stalk end, its alot easier and if you watch chimps/apes on TV thats the way they do it! Roddy Macdowell loves them.

I too get the chicken and mushroom pot noodle horn. I like to make it, let it cool and thicken to a stodgy mass, then put it in an ice-cream cone with a pepperami as a savoury 99 type meal.
