Interesting stuff. In fairness I have found the comfort levels good on the couple of GS1200s that I have ridden. Maybe you needed to play with that adjustable suspension a bit more. However that gearbox doesn’t sound great at all
RadarModeratorLooked like a great evening, cheers for posting the pictures! I will make one of these meets soon!
RadarModeratorRadar, great write up as normal. I’m jealous already, looking forward to the next part.
Cheers Kat, it was a packed week, this might run to three parts!
RadarModeratorThanks for the extra pictures , I forgot that you and Andy made your own way back to Peel. Didn’t you have some fun on part of the mountain course?
RadarModeratorSorry for the lack of action shots, but some of the lads have some much better pics than I managed, I will let them post a few!

Champs should be meeting us there
Well I rode to work on the 600 and it was rather overcast. Checked the weather forecast and at the time of the meet it was forecast to p!ss down. Bugger. Thumper beat me to the I’m not coming email and I made a run for home as the clouds thickened and a storm seemed to brew. I got home in the dry and now it is 10 pm and the rain still has not come. However I understand it did hammer down at the venue
Sorry big E I let you down rather
Right when is the next one?

RadarModeratorInteresting review. The Tiger is the only adventure style bike that I really like the look of.
The lad who owns the one I rode loves it, done around 20,000 miles on it, his first big bike

The weather wasn’t great, but the weekend was….
RadarModeratorLooked a good day out, gutted I was working or would of joined you
Would have been good to have you along, but you would of had to rustled up a black/white/red Thundercat from somewhere to get in the pictures!
