I always let my tyre pressure off more than standard. Suzuki recommend 36/36 but i found after a lot of trial and error that 32/32 works best for me.

On second thoughts…why fix it ? If the shop has seen it and taking it as part exchange, then let them worry about it.

BTW if your can is riveted at each end, and you need to get into it, just drill them out and replace them, its an easy job. One of your mates will have a hand riveter I’m sure, but they’re not expensive. You might be able to get the self tapper in without taking it apart anyway.

Baffle is the pipe that runs up the centre of your exhaust can, its probably just worked loose. Try slapping it to see where the noise is, then take it off and screw a self tapper or something in to stop it. You could also pack it out with a bit more wadding, its cheap, you can buy it at most bike shops, but its usually even cheaper at off road/motocross shops. I’d go for the self tapper option meself if your getting rid of it.

Me too, at all times not just when its sunny. Don’t use the bike much at night either.

Cheers for the advice ! I’ve seen the tailgating thing meself, so I’m prepared for war. lol Pickin’ up a hire car at the airport so all should be in order with the triangles and medipacks.

I’d no idea they were twinned. I’m looking forward to it, only rode a bike over there but the cars like to be aggressive. So it should suit me down to the ground then. lol

My cooling fan kicks in around 104, although I start to get concerned around the 90 mark. I usually wait till the fan comes on, then hit the kill switch and let the fan do its work. Restart when it gets back down around the 80 mark. Its better if you can get a clear run and a bit of fresh air round the radiator though. Overheating can blow head gaskets, water hoses etc.
