what made me smile was lifting 100kg in the gym this morning, i had to fight the ladies off

My daughter made me laugh yesterday talking about monkeys and the ones she really likes which are called “Japanzees”.

A quick blast on the bike today (only 20 miles) to work and back. Felt great to ride again after a couple of weeks away on holiday
Tried my Brothers low mileage ’05 Blackbird out, had forgotten what a decent riding position felt like, its a very very nice long legged tourer. Then got back on the K7 1000 and remembered how stonkingly quick it really is!
