Well it was yesterday, but I had a spin on a friends Busa, very civilised, calm and smooth bike, made me smile cos after riding it, I knew I had the right bike for me, the Busa is very nice, but its just too civilised for my style of riding.
And on Saturday I had a spin on Thumpers TDR250, now that I could get used to!…..as a second bike of course![;)]

A suzuki GSX1300 Hayabusa top speed of over 200mph, is civilised? lol

How’s that work then? Power delivery very smooth and not snatchy like other bikes such as an R6?

An R6 is a totally different bike, its a screamer for a start, 600’s like to be ridden high in rev range, where as the busa is quiet, calm and civilised, put it this way, it just isnt focused, but then it is more of a tourer….you will learn how different bikes can be from one another as your experience grows Levi, just cos the busa is fast does not make it an uncivilised animal.[;)]

By pure coincidence and a little sticker I have placed on the screen of my bike…..I met my bikes previous owner last night! He was very impressed at how clean and tidy it looked! He noticed the bike cos I had put a gixerjunkies sticker on it so that other members from that site would recognise me and say hi, by coincidence it turns out he is also a member![:D]

While filtering thru stationary motorway traffic, one nobhead in a oversized Tonka toy (4×4) pulled in to block me. Another driver in the middle lane pulled over to give me space at the same time.
