    They’re far too busy issuing traffic
    Tickets and pulling life threateningly loud exhaust pipes from motorcycles, not to mention throwing old ladies in jail because they couldn’t afford council tax.
    And the in humane crime of having a slightly too small license plate, tisk,tisk,tisk!
