    On the trip down to Pyrenees last year we left it too late to book our ferries and wound up having to ride across France to our ‘base-camp’

    This year we have booked in time and got a ferry to Santander.

    However this cost is £200 more…or is it?

    Less hotels, less fuel, less tyre wear…I actually think it we it work out cheapr overall. Only one problem…we will drink the savings while on the ferry for 24hours!?

    You can’t put a price on the cabaret that the 24 hour ferry provides!
