Newcastle to Edinburgh

I did this run (sadly in the car…maybe sadly for the car) for work. I didn’t stop smiling the whole way!

Out of Newcastle jump on the A696 to Otterburn then the A68 across the border into scotland where you are greeted by a fixed gatso every few miles. Follow the A68 all the way to Edinburgh and smile!

Watch out for the gatsos which are only yellow on the back, not the front. I found it easier to watch for the white lines on the road.

I go up the North east fairly regularly to visit my sister, will have to give this one a try!
