    Looks fantastic with the belly pan on there mate, and the luggage makes it look, ‘ratty’ which is also cool!

    Got a girly mate in my club with one (in blue too), she goes quite well on it (riding the bike I mean!!).

    Nice Hornet, like the panniers, unusual shape. Are they throwovers?

    they look like oxford sports expanda panniers ID they do matching tank and tail packs all of which i can vouch for quality and space
    i even have them in the same colour lol

    Quite right – Oxford Sports throw-over paniers. Superb they are too – lots of space, storm covers which work for really wet conditions, and very well put together. I’d highly recommend them!

    Rode a Hornet a few years ago, great fun. How did it handle the Swiss run?

    It was really good actually – very comfortable and handled the luggage very well indeed. The only problem I had was the small tank range – it went onto reserve after 100 miles tops.

    We have that problem with the FZX only holds 13 ltrs!
