Always. Switch to high beam in the day. Even more chance of being seen.Remember to dip lights in dull light / twilight / night or when stationary behind a car.

Always have them on… even my old 6 volt CB125TB, better to do all you can.
To “ERR” is natural.. to really fowl things up needs a politician!!
I have had bikes for 28 years, and have always used my lights. Since I got my GS500E a year ago, I now have no choice, as there is no on/off switch, the lights come on as soon as ignition switched on…..This to me can only be a good thing, it helps if you’re the forgetful type!
