it used to be a partly tarmaced about 25/30 years ago, as you can see there’s still a piece of it left on the way up, just to make sure i can use this track/road-green lane i spoke to one of the rangers, he said there’s no problem as long as you keep to the track, it was only restricted due to the condition.

So it’s not private land or a bridel way? no just a very old lane(road)
