I ask because I’m planning on turning my 125cc into a Rat/survivor, the whole Rat concept looks so cool.

Also do you know the legalities of attaching spikes/chains to the gas tank and front mudguard? They’re not sharp they just look sharp and will adding all this stuff make the bike illegal to ride on the road?

I assume cos it’s from a tar brush it’ll just stick right over the existing paint wont it?

What are the rules of making a rat bike? paint it mattblack and dont wash it and add things to it such as boxes, chains, nets and animals in this case?

Do you need to strip the bike down before matting it or can you just shove the paint on the pipes, engine and what not?
