I dont know these bikes to be honest, but if theres no fuel tap it may have a vacuum valve to ensure fuel only flows when the engine turns over, BUT the rubber diaphragm can perrish and this enables petrol to leak directly into the engine manifold, pouring out of the carbs and filling the engine with fuel.
Digger.. who are you kidding????? I end up cleaning both bikes AND both cars!!!!! I also do all of the maintenance and end up buying all the bits.

Hmm.. think I’m missing something here.
Anyhow, its got a fair few little marks, but then it is 12 years old with 26000 miles on the clock, but mechanically its sound. I’m waiting for a replacement handlebar cos she bent it the other week when she dropped it and buggered the throttle bar, scratched the engine bar (which is why we got em), and some light scratches on the exhaust.. but nothing serious.
She’ll learn alot with it.
OMG.. we still havent popped round for coffee..!!!!! Congrats on the good news. Clair has finally passed her test (restricted), so she’s now on the road on a restricted GPZ500.
So good to hear that Ellie is now walking. Hopefully catch up in the spring (PMCC running their egg run again).
Del.Hiya Levi.. I’ve just got back on the forum too!! Me missus has a Geep.. but hers is in original colours.. and with a bent handlebar!!! I’m trying to source a replacement, but there aint too many around.
