plus the milage that 125 has done, it was due a top end rebuild 14k ago, so it would end up costing dubble if you bought it.
most 2 strokes need rebuilding around 10k.
so im glad to hear you are going to do your DAS i did mine only a few weeks ago so if you need tips i got them.
have a look at my page to see how much money i wasted progressing, i should have done my DAS as soon as my CBT was complete, i must say riding all the bikes ive owned has given me ideas of what to look out for when buying bikes lol.
i will say that who ever does your DAS that you want a free asessment of your skills as i only needed a 2 day course to pass my pratical only cost £195.

ouch sorry to hear it, getting wet is crap in full battle gear.
i suppose the best way to look at it as you only get wet ounce.

hi guys got my new tensioner today from david silver installed it and the rattle has gone.
Ill know tomoz whether its done the job, it certainly has quitened the motor down.[^]
the old tensioner seems to have lost its springyness,the new tensioner has a lot more push than the old one so i would guess this must be the cause of my rattle.
just want to say thanks for all the friendly help i recieved.

ill be visiting the site on a daily basis and posting or replying as my knowlage grows on my bike.

hi guys and thanks for the tips.
When i get this part what should i be asking for?
and how often should i be checking the tension?
What would be the best oil to use on my bike?
Is there something else i should check/replace with the milage my bike has done?.

Went to north wales today with 3 friends and had a great day out, the cops seem a bit keen out there, we were pulled twice for no reason just to check our bikes out…whats all that about dont they sell bikes in wales or do they just supercharge thier sheep lol.

hi and thanks.
sounds logical, how do i identify that the tensioner is working or not and will it cost alot to get it fixed or could i do it my self? is it going to damage the engine as i need the bike for daily use.
please advise.
