ParticipantOnly seem to be scooters left now…such a shame. Only the 4 strokes to choose from for road bikes.
Love the buzz a two stroke gives, always sound so wicked when revved.
All those great bikes, The RD Yams, KH Kwacks, GT and RG Suzzys.
Honda never really got it with road bikes did they?
Will the 2 stroke ever make a come back? can it?March 12, 2004 at 8:56 pm #18162imperialdata
KeymasterWelcome to the forum, Sidevalve. Hope you enjoy posting on here. There are quite a few avid fans of 2-stroke bikes lurking in here, myself included. There is a redesign of the site coming up soon, retro biking could feature heavily in it so keep an eye out for those old strokers!

ModeratorLovely bikes LCs, I had a RD250LC after passing my test. Great bike!! Went really well for a tiddler, could JUST crack 100 mph. About 105 was the best I saw.

ParticipantI like the old RD125/200/250/400 with the coffin tank. LCs were Ok but the YPVS looked like it had crashed into an ice cream parlour!
