    Hey guys im new here jus wondering wot r da rules on off road bikes cus my son wants 1 and got no were 2 ride it if he woz caught ridin on private land cud da police take his bike or just tell him to move

    From what ive heard the police can only tell ur kid to get off the land but im not 100% wot do all u other guys think.

    welcome
    the police and some other ruling bodys can conferscate your car/bike useing a public nusense law, so be very careful where he is riding.
    Which county are you from.
    it may be a good idea to join your local off road club.
    you may find somwhere closer to home than you think.

    im from nottingham you dont know where my nearest off road riding club is do you. That place you were talking about in essex are teenagers allowed on that.
