Went to a bike trial when I was 25. Was doing really well and reached a crowded section where I tried to lift the front wheel for an easy jump but ended up slipping off the bars and falling backwards off the bike. The bike stayed upright and I went backwards off it into a muddy puddle. I got concussion from a tree stump and was sick as a pig for 3 days.
