Tell them all they’re the first one has phoned, and take their number (say you’ll ring back). Its worth knocking a tenner off the lowest price aswell or haggle on the postage. It does no harm playing them off agaist each other if you get the discs at the right price ? lol

Give Partfinder UK a ring :- 09060 300 100, calls are charged at £1.50 min, but you’ll only be on for a cpl of minutes. Tell them what you want and the breakers will ring you. Take the phone number of each breaker that phones and buy the cheapest. They’ll probably be ringin’ you for a couple of days, I’ve got a few bits through them.

Its beggining to sound like you might have to shell out around the £200 mark Richy. Unless you ring around the breakers for a good set of standard ones ? At least you’ll have a comeback on them as opposed to ebay.

I’d just search ebay for a set of standard ones. Theres always loads of standard discs and carriers about there.

Semi synth wont do any harm at all ! The fully synthetic stuff seems to get too thin and leak up through the rings and valves. Personaly I always buy semi, as long as its 10w/40 it’ll be fine and dandy.

Yep ! R1’s are renowned for burning a little oil. Changing your oil to semi synthetic should help cure the problem.
