Hi JP.
Thanks for the link, the documentary is very well done and doesn’t look low-budget at all. You definitely captured what it’s all about with some great shots and good commentary. Good luck with your future projects.

imperialdataKeymasterSeems it’s all round yours when the zombies rise then?
imperialdataKeymasterYep, congrats. Why stop at the 125 when there’s a fleet in the garage?

imperialdataKeymasterEnjoy, it’s peeing down here
imperialdataKeymaster^^ Good suggestions above
… the engine keeps cutting out when braking/stopped at traffic lights
… do you think it could be the gearbox?
Not likely to be the gearbox or clutch if it happens when you are stopped too, presuming you are in neutral.
You could pop the bike on its stand, run the engine and then jiggle the wire around the sidestand switch. Do the same for the main battery connections and handlebar cut-out switch.
If you have a lumpy tickover then fuel may be the issue, but a smooth tickover and then a sudden stop means fuel supply is less likely and electrics may be at fault. Remind us of the make/model of bike again?

‘White witch’ Gix’s kiss of death
imperialdataKeymasterYou also need to factor in reliability, is the duke as reliable as the T Cat?
Lol, kiss of death to both bikes if he answers that one!
imperialdataKeymasterThat’s gorgeous Rob, a really nice job.
So is that the same paint you put on the refurbed alloys or is that a different type of paint?
imperialdataKeymasterHoly crap! :o What’s the range on that thing?
imperialdataKeymasterYou got me, I clicked!
Actually, as a dual racing bike trailer that would be very cool…
imperialdataKeymasterInteresting, it was only a matter of time before someone started to make kits like this. Makes absolute sense, although I’m guessing a mint example of any of these bikes would be worth more as standard.
imperialdataKeymasterWow, lucky she stayed around and was honest enough to admit fault. Glad you’re getting it sorted
Is that right, your dad is buying you an R1 if you pass your exams?
imperialdataKeymasterLol.
Still, if it raises the awareness of motorcycles in the Great British public then it can’t be a bad thing. I just hope that his next child won’t be called “Bonneville” or “Velocette” now…
