Yep, they are out there! I think people just want a bit of a feeling of freedom after lockdown and there isn’t much better than a bike to give you that.
I notice that in the new edition of BIKE magazine (Oct 2019) they have put the gutsy Enfield in their top tens bikes of the year…

It's great that there are some alternatives to the wave of BMWs that seem to dominate this market. Nice that it's still going strong at the 10k miles mark.

Shame your first Benelli ride wasn't on a classic, but it looks like a great bike. Decent priced 125 too, especially for something a bit different.
It's a very cool bike, especially all in black. Hope you enjoy it as much as the 350, sounds like it'll be easier to live with

If you're looking for a more comfy replacement for your Duke and MV then this one seems to tick the boxes. Does it have the character you're after though or would you only get that from a non-touring bike?
Great vids Pete, excellent riding and that camera of yours is simply awesome. I love the way it pans across to the riders that you overtook. Makes it look like you still had time to film them with one hand as you went past

.Bland bikes do have a purpose, just like that bloke in the office. Look at how many units the Honda Superdream sold. Some folks just want a reliable commuter that doesn't thrill them but does everything safely and competently.

If the sidestand is the only major gripe then that's not bad at all, although it's something used at least twice EVERY journey. Maybe a £20 welding job would solve it and you'd have the perfect bike?
