When I go back I’ll probably do that; get the shims checked and full service.How about R1 brake calipers? Would they fit/could i get a bracket to convert them to my bike? But the FZ disc is a bit thicker. Or should I just go with the 17″models calipers? Are they 2pot?
And another thing I heard: if you leave the bike for too long without running it, if there’s petrol left over in the carbs it can corrode the actual carb body.. is that true??
!] That’s in front of my parents house. The gravel’s really deep, making taking the bike out a hassel, and on top of that there’s a 1/4 mile long rutted driveway to negotiate before real tarmac… ah~ Wales.
