just wondering if anyone can help me, i need the torque setting for the headstock nut and the standard front suspension settings.my adjusters are wound right out.

Grab yourself the workshop manual from here , it should tell you all you need to know hopefully. The manual is for a 2004 model so I’d expect it to be the same.
yeah it will be the same, near as anyway. i had already tried to download that manual as i was getting used to the forum and reading past posts, ‘cept it didnt work for me it just blank screened me, which its done again, no idea why but i’ll leave it a while and see what happens.
