I went to the kit show and there were the usual Blackbird and Kwack powered Lotus Seven look-a-like kits on show. They are great and no doubt really quick and great fun but this is the one that caught my eye…
Yamaha powered Austin Minor (the commercail minors were marketed as Austins in the late 1960’s)
XJ900S Diversion motor lends itself well to the conversion as it is shaft driveI used to own an Austin Minor van, it came to a rather sticky end…I dread to think what would of happened with a 900cc bike engine fitted!
This conversion looks a real laugh and I want it!

The Moggy above was very cool though.
