The Yam is nearly finished. I bought it last year as a crashed bike and totally stripped it. I lightened all the necessary parts by drilling holes or removing excess stuff, even down to the plastics. I fitted lots of lightweight cabon fibre to the bike and reckon it is now some 12% lighter than stock R1’s. To finish the work I need about 2 months and should get it on the road then.
The Busa is again stock and lightened where possible. It’s currently having a dream machine spray job and then it will be carefully put together with the addition of a nitrous kit somewhere at the end of the year. Pictures to follow soon!
Any help/advice with the nitrous kit would be much appreciated.

Download the “Nutty Hayabusa Video” that is on this forum (find it via search I am not sure where it is!). You will love it.
