Campaign targets speeding bikers
Speeding motorcyclists are being targeted in a campaign to cut the number of casualties on roads across East Yorkshire.
Police will use an unmarked motorbike fitted with a camera and speed detection equipment to catch those driving at dangerous speeds.Road patrols will be stepped up as part of the crackdown which runs to October.
Pc Glen Dennis said: “Despite our efforts we still catch bikers driving in excess of 100mph.”
