Well after many months of hard graft it has finally passed it’s MOT and will be back on the road…
Some of you with good memories may remember my 1995 Trophy 900BEFORE
A few ‘minor’ modifications were made…
AFTER
Hope this doesn’t upset the Triumph ‘pureists’ too much!!!
November 2, 2006 at 7:00 pm #51905DiggerParticipantNice 1 mate,welcome back.Looks awsome mate and I bet it sounds cool too.
November 2, 2006 at 7:07 pm #51906PINGUParticipantthanks for that. Although loud is more like it, those pipes come with straight thru baffles which do nowt! had to buy after market baffles which still did little to keep the noise down so these were wrapped in steel wool and it’s still bloody loud!!!
I need to find something to shut it up a little (well maybe cos I do like scaring the s#@t out of myopic car drivers!)November 2, 2006 at 7:58 pm #51907GixParticipantWow PINGU what a transformation! Looking good! []
November 2, 2006 at 11:10 pm #51908katanaParticipantGreat job mate.
Just taken mine off the road for a few winter mods otherwise I would suggest a Bike Forum streetfighter meet.
November 2, 2006 at 11:54 pm #51909RadarModeratorThat is quite some transformation PINGU! Any plans to alter the clocks?
What are your plans for the 750 over winter Katana??
November 5, 2006 at 12:52 pm #51910PINGUParticipantThanks for that folks, it’s getting there – still a few things to get right but the real hard work is all done now. fingers firmly crossed!!!
No plans to change clocks at the minute (although I have seen some that I like) why do you ask Radar?
November 5, 2006 at 2:57 pm #51911RadarModeratorJust thinking a pair of Chrome mini clocks would set it off rather well. I love spending other people’s money!
November 5, 2006 at 4:11 pm #51912imperialdataKeymasterCool ride and a nice job Pingu, first Trophy I’ve seen with the s/f treatment.
