Hur hur, see what I did there?
It’s actually very neat, but that price hurts…
I saw a purple one for sale at the Stafford show a couple of year back for £450…perhaps I should of bought it.
One of my best mates at secondary school had a red Chopper (don’t…) in 1979/80 ish. They were beginning to look a bit dated by then.
Anybody else remember the Grifter a pre-cursor to the later day BMX bikes?
I think there were Chipper and Striker models too I think, these were ‘junior’ versions of the Chopper and Grifter respectively
