If you mean towards the “way to ride” then this page is too short. There’s no substitute for experience I guess but this presumes that you can do all the safety basics first and you don’t ride like Rossi.
I personally adopt the approach that everyone is out there to kill or maim me (by pulling out of junctions, not looking at me etc) and this generally works well.
all depends on what I’m upto and what bike I’m on, KTM has no mirrors or indicators so I need to look but my GSX-R had good mirrors so rarely did the “life saver”
I always do a life saver, drilled into me when I did my training back in 83
