Good news for the british bike industry as triumph posted an 18% increase in global sales in 2006; 37,000 bikes. Ok so Honda are not loosing any sleep, but lets be happy about a British success.
I wonder how many Hinckley Triumphs (Hinkumphs or Trincleys?) have been made since the relaunch in 1990? Must be be approaching 200,000.

The dealership I got mine from has stopped selling new Triumphs now tho:( I’m not really that bothered as I have heard some stories of them not servicing properly, don’t know how true that is tho???
Trouble is my next nearest dealership is another 20miles further away from them and they were not exactly local:(
