A friend of mine is doing this again and I was wondering if anyone had a couple of quid they could sponser her.

She has spent the last year recovering from serious whiplash and blood-clots on her lungs and running is really a struggle for her. This makes the effort she puts in to raise money for this worthy cause mean so much more to those that know her.

I would be incredably greatful if you could delve into your pockets and sacrifice just one pints worth of dosh to help her meet the target amount she has set, also if you are a tax payer the gov wil do gift aid and refud the tax to the charity so your pints worth almost becomes one and ahalf pints of coinage!
