    anybody used a holeshot power shifter?
    are they any good and do they do what theyre meant to[:D]

    theres 2 sorts sid the electric shifter and the air/nitrous shifter. the electric shifter would be better for the road.
    basically all it does is interupts the ignition to enable you to change gear without closing the throttle or using the clutch.you change gear as normal.theres also 1 that changes gear for you at the push of a button up and down the box but i recon there around £900!!!!!!!!
    the air shifter does the same job but uses air pressure to change gear a faster change but you have to keeep topping up the air tank
    a bit gimmiky for the road good for the strip

    Two lads I used to ride around with in Norfolk back in the late 1980’s fitted airshifters to their bikes. They both were keen “Run what you brung” participants and one of them was a drag racing champion in the UK in 1989 on a highly modified GSX1100. Worked well on the strip, but I am unconvinced its really needed on the road.



    You can live more in five minutes on a motorbike going high speed than you can going slow in your whole lifetime

    nothing wrong with the engine its fitting all the electrics back thats a bind lol
