I was visiting Hereford with the wife and Thumpers family back in September when we stumbled across this proper old school bike shop…so few survive like this now, more is the pity. Bob himself is still very much in charge, but illness means it is not open. As we looked about he was busy selling a brand new 125
Bob Gallier of Hereford…a proper bike shop, still selling new bikes….Chinese 125s…sign of the times I surppose
Bob’s interesting take on customer relations…brilliant!
The bike shop is crammed with stock including some good Japanese classic sports bikes up to the nineties, but this CF Moto 250 caught my eye…automatic and comes with a radio cassette player!I would love a bike shop like this

We have a small bike shop by us too, mainly doing 50s & 125s. The owner seems to have a similar take on customer service. He refused to change one of our scooter tyres for us because we hadn’t bought the scooter from him. Random!

My thoughts exactly
I promise I’ll come down and buy a few spark plugs when you get the shop.

I think you have spotted the hole in my plan (that and having no money…)
