Polish your helmet

How often do you polish / clean your helmet and what do you use?

use a soft cloth and warm water thats what i use.

every time i have a shower and with some soap[]

outside everytime i use it usually with glass cleaner
inside once a month with a sterilizing spray

I just use a bit of soapy water and a sponge, theres nothing worse than a dirty helmet.

Cleaned mine today with warm soapy warter then used purple helmet polish,its quite good too leaves a long lasting shine……ask my wife.
