Police condemn 130mph biker man
Police said the biker would be reported to the procurator fiscal
A motorcyclist recorded riding at 130mph on a Moray road has been branded “shocking” by police.
The man was caught at more than twice the 60mph limit on the B9013 Newton to Burghead road.
The 24-year-old has been reported to the procurator fiscal in Elgin after Tuesday afternoon’s incident.
A Grampian Police spokesman said: “I am in no doubt that if this motorcyclist had been involved in a collision then it would have had fatal consequences.”
