Digger gave me his free paddock stand that he got with an exhaust. At first I thought it wouldn’t fit as my swinging arm on the Varadero is 65′ off the ground, but the width adjusters work well and once you get the hang of it, it is easy to use.

You can get your rear wheel off the ground using a mallet or rubber hammer by pulling your bike over onto it’s side stand and wedging the hammer under the right hand side of the swinging arm. There is a ‘stick’ you can buy with rubber ends on it just for this pupose.
