POLICE who handed out 130,000 speeding tickets in a year are planning to give motorists a break.
The Lancashire force is second in the league table for dishing out tickets from cameras.
But now Chief Constable Paul Stevenson says drivers caught at 35mph in a 30mph limit will get a caution, not a fine.
Similar allowances will be given for 40, 50 and 60mph zones — and drivers will be allowed one caution every three years.
