thank id for your email just playing about with the home page got the hang of posting images but still havent managed to upload any vids yet. Just thought id show another pic of my bike to see if its working ok

Not showing mate, don’t think Freewebs allow linking to images from another website. You will have to put a link to your homepage instead. That must be the trade-off for free webspace.
Perhaps try setting up your images on one of the other free ones like Bikepics.com, there’s a walkthrough on the help section of this site here
