Hello everybody.
It’s only me, yes I’m still alive…..Just….
Guess what, I’ve gone and bought myself a few classics, well classic ish.
1 No Suzuki RGV 250 (1991)
1 No Yamaha RD 350 YPVS F2 (1995)
1 No Suzuki GT 550 triple (1977)Oh and nice big shed to put them all in.
The GT’s a runner, but the RGV and the RD are “Project Bikes”
The thing is, Ive been tinkering with the RD, managed to get myself a spark, but when I went to look for the carbs, they weren’t in the box.
Has anybody got any…..?????
I’ll get some pictures posted soon and some more details on all.

I have sent a PM to Lucky Rookie, he used to rebuilt RD’s and still has a few contacts. I will try and speak to another chap I know tomorrow

Update on Projects………:-
RD still sparking……no fuel…….It just doesn’t want to fire??????
I’ll try changing the oil see if that works……RGV in lots of bits…….oooo Ive found the battery for the RGV…..it was under the wiring loom in the box. A Start…..

lol sid the rd engine is no good without carbs…..so reckon the rgv is the better prospect heheheehee
Think the bikes are on hold at the minute anyway, Toggsy has been looking to build one good go kart out of the one he has and the new stuff he has been buying (picks up some chassis’s tomorrow lol), her could make a half decent one if he used the engine outta the honda….. []
